She has a Master’s degree in Social Work with over 4 four years of experience as a social worker in the Medical (inpatient/ outpatient), Tele-therapy, school, and community based settings. Her approach is Client-centered and tailored to the needs of the client.

Chala has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is pursuing her Masters of Science in Operations Management. She enjoys reading a good book and playing with her daughter.
